super clean - in a beautiful location with lots of greenery and running water. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was really clean. They even called to confirm our stay and dinner reservation.

Nestled in a quaint, peaceful town and perfect for a relaxing stay. The spacious rooms have comfortable, firm mattresses and a wide variety of delicious, home-cooked meals. The restaurant and spa facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly, going out of their way to ensure guests feel welcomed. Convenient distances to nearby attractions, such as Clarens and Maseru, make it an ideal base for exploring the area.

The wifi network could be more reliable, and the connection voucher system should be improved.

loved our recent stay at a cozy place in ladybrand. cranberry cottage exceeded expectations - clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. everything provided, no struggles. a calming environment, would go back!

The food was definitely one of the best aspects of our stay - everything we had was delicious. Another advantage was the comfortable rooms which had aircon/heater and electric blankets, perfect for a city break during the colder months. we appreciated the friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating.

One of the worst aspects was the lack of activities on-site, so it may not be suitable for those seeking a more bustling city break. some of the staff seemed unfriendly and there was a language barrier which made communication difficult at times.

The restaurant had a menu that didn't disappoint, offering a range of dishes to satisfy any palate. The beautiful gardens and bird life surrounding the property created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The lounge with a fireplace was perfect for cozy evenings.

I absolutely loved not having a hairdryer in my room and having to make multiple phone calls for basic toiletries. Such a treat.

The charming standard self-catering rooms offer a modern touch of luxury, making them a popular choice for budget travelers like me. The large open-plan unit with two Queen beds and a bunk bed for children is perfect for families or groups. The Katse Room, a large open-plan family room with a spacious wardrobe, provides ample space for relaxation. All rooms have a lounge area with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, adding convenience to your stay. The separate bedroom with a Queen XL bed in all rooms ensures a comfortable and restful sleep.

Personally, I found the lack of peace and quiet in some of the rooms a minor drawback.
